At Chipply, we’re always looking for ways to help our users create better-looking, easier-to-use, and more effective online stores. As e-commerce continues to evolve, so do the expectations of shoppers—and we want to make sure Chipply stores not only keep up, but stand out.
That’s why we’re excited to share a preview of new and upcoming enhancements to Chipply’s e-commerce capabilities. These changes focus on customization, organization, and flexibility. Now you’ll have more control over how your store looks, with a more intuitive shopping experience for your customers—especially on mobile—that drives more sales and success for your business.
To make the transition as smooth as possible, these improvements will be introduced in three distinct phases. Each phase builds on the last, gradually expanding what you can do with your store.
The first update focuses on visual identity. On the back end of Chipply, we’re updating how you manage the look and feel of your web stores. A new preview pane lets you see how your updates will look in your store in real time. Your web store preview will display in mobile view by default, with the option to toggle to desktop view as well. This reflects our shift toward mobile-first e-commerce websites that make it easier than ever to browse and buy from a mobile device.
Alongside these preview updates, you’ll be able to customize store colors more easily, allowing you to incorporate your organization’s branding directly into the shopping experience, with color themes for light and dark mode. To ensure accessibility remains a top priority, safeguards will be in place to help maintain ADA compliance. The updated color styles let you customize your storefront and better express your brand, while still meeting WCAG 2.2 AA color contrast requirements.

The final phase introduces the ability to create dedicated landing pages within your store.
Landing pages open the door to better organization and storytelling. They allow you to group information, products, and messaging in a way that feels purposeful and clear—whether you’re supporting a specific fundraiser, event, or promotion.
