ICYMI: Chipply’s Biggest Summit Yet Brought Energy, Innovation, and Community to Milwaukee

Chipply, a leading provider of web store software for the team and promotional products industries, recently hosted its third annual Summit in downtown Milwaukee—and it was the most well-attended event to date. The multi-day experience brought together team dealers, apparel decorators, and promotional products distributors from across the country for three days of learning, networking, and industry inspiration.

Powering Growth Through Web Store Strategy Sessions

Tuesday kicked off with a visit to Chipply’s New Berlin headquarters, where attendees got a behind-the-scenes look at how sister company Burghardt’s Sporting Goods uses Chipply web stores to increase efficiency and boost sales.

Educational sessions throughout the day focused on practical strategies for streamlining operations, improving customer experience, and driving revenue. On Wednesday, a series of breakout sessions offered insights into marketing, industry trends, and actionable web store tactics. The event wrapped with a forward-looking product roadmap presentation from Chipply’s Director of Engineering.

From Ballparks to Bowling: Networking That Hits Different

This wasn’t your average conference. The Summit kicked off Monday night with a welcome reception at The New Fashioned, a recreational venue in Milwaukee’s Deer District. With activities like Hyper Bowling and Dart Ball, plus food and drinks, the event set the tone for a high-energy, highly social week.

Tuesday night took the fun to American Family Field, where attendees watched the Brewers take on the Astros from the Johnsonville Party Deck—an all-inclusive space with incredible views, great food, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

A Merch Store That Let Attendees Choose Their Swag

A crowd favorite this year was the Chipply Merch Store—a fresh take on the traditional event giveaway. Instead of receiving a pre-packed swag bag, each attendee was given five tickets to "shop" a curated selection of branded items from leading industry suppliers.

Options included:

  • Power banks and water bottles from Bel Promo

  • Hats from Cap America

  • Camp mugs and pens from Goldstar

  • Golf balls and a Brumate wine tumbler from Hirsch

  • Bottle openers and speakers from HPG brands

  • Custom socks from Pearsox

This choose-your-own-swag concept was a hit, offering attendees practical items they actually wanted. Chipply also thanked Snugz, the brand behind the custom lanyards, badges, and sunglasses provided to all attendees.

Introducing the Chipply Collective: A Community for Ongoing Connection

This year’s Summit also marked the official launch of the Chipply Collective, an online community designed exclusively for Chipply users. The Collective offers a space to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and keep the conversation going long after the event ends.

Users interested in joining can reach out to their account manager to receive a sign-up link and become part of this growing, engaged network of peers.

Looking Ahead: The 2026 Summit Is Already in Motion

“This was our biggest and best Summit yet,” said Chipply CEO Angie Hardwick. “We’re committed to growing and evolving this event so our customers continue to gain even more value. It’s incredibly rewarding to connect in person and build a space where collaboration and learning thrive.”

Planning is already underway for the 2026 Chipply Summit, set for early May.
