Over the years, Chipply has helped solve the complexity of launching and managing web stores. As the industry continues to evolve, businesses are asking for tools that support more of their operations beyond e-commerce.
Chipply One builds on the success of the core platform and extends those capabilities across additional areas like production workflows, inventory management, invoicing, and reporting.
Q3. Will Chipply Stores change?
No. Web stores remain the foundation of the Chipply platform and will continue to receive significant investment and feature updates.
Chipply One adds new capabilities alongside the existing store functionality. That means your current workflows won’t be disrupted—you’ll simply gain access to additional tools as they become available.
Q4. What new products are included with Chipply One?
Chipply One introduces two major new products designed to support different areas of your business:
Chipply Production
This product suite focuses on production workflows and shop management, including tools for artwork management, production statuses, workflow tracking, and receiving.
Chipply Business
This module focuses on business operations, including offline sales management, invoicing, reporting, and additional business management tools that help streamline your day-to-day operations.
Together, these products expand Chipply beyond e-commerce to support more of the end-to-end business process.
Q5. What problems does Chipply One solve?
Many businesses currently rely on multiple software systems for stores, production, inventory, and accounting. This can lead to duplicated data, manual processes, and costly errors.

The rollout will happen in phases.
Chipply Production will launch first with a free beta period beginning in April, allowing customers to test features and provide feedback.
Chipply Business will follow later in the year with additional business management functionality such as invoicing, offline sales, and reporting.
This phased approach allows the Chipply team to gather feedback, refine features, and ensure the best possible experience before full release.
Q7. Will Chipply One replace my existing tools?
It can. One of the goals of Chipply One is to help businesses reduce their tech stack by consolidating more workflows into the Chipply platform.
At the same time, Chipply is designed to meet businesses where they are today. If you already rely on existing tools—such as production management software, ERPs, or accounting systems—you can continue using them.
Chipply will continue to support existing integrations and plans to add more over time, giving you the flexibility to adopt new features at the pace that works best for your business.
Q8. How will Chipply One be priced?
Pricing for Chipply Stores and the features you currently use will not change. Additional enhancements to Chipply Stores will also continue to be included at no additional cost.
Once Chipply Production and Chipply Business move out of the beta period later this year, they will be offered as optional paid modules.
The Chipply team is currently refining the pricing structure to ensure these products remain accessible for businesses of all sizes. More details will be shared as the beta period progresses.
