Over the past year, we sat down with eight dealers who run their businesses on Chipply, from family print shops to team dealers covering four states. We asked them what changed. The stories were different, but the numbers kept pointing to the same handful of results.

Here's what a year of case studies actually taught us.

Store builds get radically faster

The single most consistent number across every conversation: build time collapses.

At Worldwide Printing, setting up a store now takes a third of the time it did on their old platform, sometimes as little as 10 minutes. Protime Sports saw builds that used to eat three hours shrink to fifteen minutes. "What would have taken me three hours before, takes me maybe fifteen minutes now," said Amy Ballinger, their National Sales Manager.

Corporate Images tells a nearly identical story: builds went from two to three hours down to about thirty minutes, with processing wrapped up in another twenty. Lifestyles Sports cut a one-to-two-hour build to fifteen minutes flat. And Macco Promotions took order processing from three to four hours down to thirty minutes, which owner Stephen McCammon summed up as "a third of the time and a third of the staff."

Five different businesses, five different products, the same result: what used to take an afternoon now takes a coffee break.

The efficiency shows up in the revenue

Faster isn't just faster. It turns into growth you can measure.

  • Worldwide Printing grew its web stores almost 30% year over year after switching.
  • Corporate Images posted a 50% increase in web store sales.
  • ACE Screen Printing saw overall sales climb 15%.
  • IE Planners added $100,000 in online sales in their first year on Chipply alone.

That's the pattern worth sitting with: dealers aren't just working faster, they're selling more.

Hours back, every single day

Add it up across a year and the time savings get hard to ignore. Worldwide Printing saved hundreds of hours in just nine months. Corporate Images reclaimed more than two hours a day. Macco Promotions cut order processing to thirty minutes a pop, with zero redundant data entry.

For IE Planners, owner Jesse Pike put it in terms that had nothing to do with spreadsheets: he skied 37 days this season without falling behind on the business. "The time saved has allowed me to work remotely without falling behind," he said. That's the real ROI of automation. It doesn't just show up on a P&L; it shows up in your calendar.

More output, without adding headcount

None of these dealers grew their teams to get these results. Worldwide Printing handled significantly more stores with the same staff. Corporate Images now offers 2-3x more products per store, and their sales reps spend their time selling instead of on data entry. Midwest Sporting Goods builds more stores per year than their old platform ever let them manage.

The throughput went up. The headcount didn't.

Fewer errors, less manual work

Automation kept showing up as an accuracy story, not just a speed story. Macco Promotions put it bluntly: "There are no errors when it comes to Chipply because there's no human error. You hit go, and that exact information is sent over."

Corporate Images pointed to auto art placement removing manual upload steps across every product. IE Planners saw their work orders start matching what customers actually ordered, every time, which cut out a category of mistakes they used to just accept as normal.

Less re-keying. Fewer mismatched orders. Fewer apologies to customers.

Customer service kept coming up, unprompted

This one wasn't a number, but it showed up in almost every conversation anyway. Dealers who'd been burned by unresponsive vendors kept describing the same relief: someone actually answers.

Protime Sports switched in part because their old platform would promise a bug fix and then sit on it for a year and a half. "Everybody is helpful and knowledgeable, and when I need something, I can get an answer," said Amy Ballinger.

Macco Promotions echoed it: "Even if you weren't the best solution out there... I would still work with Chipply because of the customer service and the willingness to help and adapt to my needs."

ACE Screen Printing's Adam Szyfman put it simply: "With Chipply, you call, someone answers, and they actually know what they're talking about."

And Lifestyles Sports pointed to something deeper than a support ticket getting closed: "Chipply is constantly evolving based on real-world experience."

None of that shows up as a percentage. But when four separate businesses volunteer the same story without being asked, it's a pattern, not a coincidence.

What it adds up to

Faster builds. Real revenue growth. Hours back every week. More output without more hires. Fewer errors. And a support team dealers actually trust.

A year of case studies didn't give us one big stat to put on a billboard. It gave us proof that the same wins show up again and again, across print shops, team dealers, and promo companies that have one thing in common: the platform they run on.
