As Chipply continues to expand its capabilities, the Product Manager role plays a vital part in aligning product strategy with the company’s mission of empowering customers to build and launch online stores with ease and confidence. Kathleen and Dylan will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to enhance the platform’s functionality and ensure it meets evolving customer needs.
Kathleen O’Donnell brings over seven years of product management experience in the IT sector. Based in Milwaukee, her expertise in delivering customer-facing software products and her collaborative approach will help drive innovative solutions for Chipply’s user community.
Dylan Pinkus comes to Chipply with a career in technology and product roles focused on improving client and user experiences. His track record in building solutions that enhance user satisfaction aligns perfectly with Chipply’s customer-first philosophy.

Joining the Customer Experience team, Dalin Kirn steps into the role of Customer Support Specialist. A recent University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee graduate with a degree in Communication, Dalin will work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction, provide guidance, and foster strong relationships that drive retention and loyalty. Her role will also include relaying customer insights to internal teams, helping shape future improvements to the platform.
