Carstens brings more than 16 years of SaaS sales experience, including seven years in leadership and sales development. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, earning a reputation for creating scalable sales organizations grounded in adaptability, accountability, and measurable results. In her new role, Carstens will oversee Chipply’s revenue strategy, leading customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention efforts.
